Ultimate Runner Giveaway - Rules

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

(Note: The masculine gender is used to lighten the text, without prejudice to the feminine form).

1- Näak INC offer the "Ultimate Runner Giveaway" contest and a draw will be held to determine the winner. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram.

2- This contest is open to all participants who complete the entry form between December 5, 2020 and January 5, 2021. To be eligible for the draw, participants must have completed the form available via the following link: https://naakbar.com/pages/ultimate-runner-giveaway.

3- By pressing "SEND", participants automatically send the form and related information to the Näak INC. e-mail box (computer database). By agreeing to subscribe to the newsletter, you agree to be added to the mailing list of all companies participating in the contests (you may cancel your registration at any time).

4- The draw will take place at random among all the forms received across Canada and elsewhere, on January 6, 2021 at 12:00 p.m.

5- The winner will be determined at random through a draw and will be announced on FACEBOOK and Instagram immediately after the draw. The winner will be notified by email.

6- Immediately after the winner is announced, 3 additional entry forms will be drawn in order to obtain substitute winners in the event that the winner declines the prize or does not return the email before January 15, 2021 at 9:00 am (Eastern Time).

7- The prize to be won consists of a sports basket valued at nearly $2,000 and included:

- 4 boxes of @naak bars

- A toque @ciele and a winter cap @ciele

- 2 pairs of gloves @auclair

- 1 pair of @leki sticks

- 1 watch of the brand @coros

- A windproof jacket by @arcteryxmontreal

- A pair of shoes @Onrunning

- A jacket from the @apexway brand

- 1 mixed case of @maple3 water + a reusable cup + a sports bag 

8- The prize must be accepted as described in these rules and regulations and cannot be transferred to another person or substituted for another prize.

9- This contest is open to all persons residing in Canada and elsewhere who comply with the terms and conditions of these rules. No employee of any participating company is eligible for the prize. The person for the benefit of whom a publicity contest is held, his employee, his representative and the persons with whom they are domiciled are not eligible to participate in this contest.

10- Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling.  Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie for a ruling.

11- The winner will be designated at Näak's office, 9320 Boulevard St-Laurent, Montreal, QC, H3L 2H1.

12- The winners will have to subscribe to the pages of all the partners of the contest, but also indicate their email address to be eligible on a page created by us.
