Unlike the Complete Mix, they do not provide the massive carbohydrate load needed to immediately replenish spent glycogen stores.

Each serving provides 10g of clean, highly digestible plant proteins (made from pea and upcycled canola protein) and 1800mg of BCAAs (branched-chain amino acids).
