The Chef’s Recipe
A quick and easy dish you can whip up at home in just a few slices, to cool down, treat yourself, and recover properly after your workout.
On the menu: a colorful veggie salad, crispy ravioli, and a tropical mango-coconut dressing packed with good carbs, plant-based protein, and electrolytes made with Mango Coconut Näak Recovery™ Complete Mix.
Salad ingredients:

Veggie ravioli

Tomatoes

Cucumbers

Avocados

Hazelnuts

Fresh herbs (dill/mint)
Dressing ingredients:

100ml olive oil

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

2 tsp soy sauce

Juice of ½ lemon

100ml water

A pinch of pepper
