Mission

Support the Logistics & Purchasing Manager:

  • Support the logistics & purchasing manager:

  • Receiving, shipping, and preparing orders (60%)

  • Booking carriers and managing deliveries (10%)

  • Organizing the warehouse (10%)

  • Monitoring inventory (10%)

  • Analyzing logistics data (10%)

Responsibilities

  • Handle order shipment operations while ensuring accuracy

  • Ensure that orders are shipped within the given timelines

  • Maintain order, organization, and cleanliness of the warehouse

  • Supervise transportation, storage, and distribution

  • Create commercial invoices (export)

  • Optimize transport routes and costs

  • Evaluate logistics partners

  • Monitor team KPIs and objectives

Experience

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in logistics or warehousing

  • Bilingual in French and English

  • Experience in improving warehouse organizational processes

  • Strong communication skills

  • Knowledge of the food industry, practice of endurance sports

  • Experience with ERP (Odoo) is a plus
