We are looking for a hands-on and organizedJunior Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor to support and oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and logistics activities.
This role combines warehouse workflow coordination, basic team leadership, and responsibility for domestic and international shipments.
You will supervise a small warehouse team, ensure inventory accuracy, and manage logistics activities such as scheduling pickups and coordinating exports. This position is ideal for someone who is ready to take on more responsibility and grow within operations and supply chain.
Oversee daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, picking, and packing.
Ensure all customer and internal orders are processed and shipped on time.
Maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP system.
Conduct monthly inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Keep the warehouse clean & organized.
Schedule pick-ups and deliveries with carriers, couriers, and freight providers.
Coordinate the export of goods.
Identify and evaluate new shipping suppliers to improve cost, speed, and reliability.
Develop, improve, and document logistics and warehouse processes.
Communicate proactively with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth logistics operations.
1–3 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or operations.
Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).
Experience supervising or coordinating a team
Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lift/move materials (max 25 lbs) and operate warehouse equipment (training can be provided).
