As our Intern - Sales & Customer Experience Coordinator, you will be the heartbeat of näak’s B2B and B2C operations. You’ll bridge the gap between our premium retail partners and our community, ensuring seamless growth, world-class support, and an elevated brand experience across all channels.
Customer Excellence: Lead customer management activities and drive initiatives that enhance the overall näak brand experience.
Retail Partner Management: Act as a point of contact for retail accounts—processing orders, providing proactive follow-ups, and pitching new product launches to maximize revenue growth.
Sales Enablement: Develop and maintain essential retail tools, including price lists, digital catalogs, PO forms, and sales sheets.
Communication Hub: Manage thepartner@näak.com andhello@näak.com inboxes, ensuring rapid, professional responses to all after-sales requests and incoming leads.
Partnership Growth: Support the negotiation and acquisition of new event sponsorships to expand näak’s footprint in the endurance sports community.
Contract Fulfillment: Ensure all existing sponsorship agreements are executed to the highest standard.
Logistics & Fulfillment: Manage the end-to-end logistics for event-specific orders and coordination.
Brand Ambassadorship: Represent näak on the ground at local trail races and retail activations—engaging with athletes, presenting the brand story, and driving on-site sales.
Location: Based at our vibrant Montréal HQ.
Duration: Spring-Summer 2026 (flexible)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 am – 5 pm.
Flexibility: Hybrid model (up to 2 days per week working from home).
Event Life: Requires occasional availability outside of standard hours for event activations.
