I started running in middle school, after 10 years of doing sports gymnastics. I started with middle distance running, with cross country and 3000 meters track. I progressively increased my distances on tracks, up to 10,000 meters.
I ran for 2 years in the United States, studying at the University of Portland, Oregon.
Back in France, I did an internship in Lozère, in the Massif Central, and it was this mountainous territory that made me want to start running on trails. Since then, I never leave them!
My favorite formats are currently between 20 and 50 km, with positive differences in altitude of 1000 and 3000 meters.
What I like most about trail running is the immersion in nature, the discovery of beautiful landscapes and also the physical side of the effort ;)
